Responsibilities
- 1.Facebook Page-এর customer message-এর reply দেওয়া
2.- Incoming phone call receive করা
- Customer-এর প্রয়োজন বুঝে তথ্য দেওয়া
- 3.Gate, Grill, Thai Glass ইত্যাদি পণ্যের basic information জানানো
4.- Customer-এর নাম, ফোন নম্বর ও প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য নোট করা
5.Customer-এর সাথে ভদ্র ও professional ব্যবহার করা
Requirements & Skills
-বয়স: ১৮–৪০ বছর
-- Facebook Messenger ও smartphone ব্যবহারে দক্ষ হতে হবে
- -বাংলা ভালোভাবে বলতে ও লিখতে পারতে হবে
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- -Customer-এর সাথে সুন্দরভাবে কথা বলার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে
- -পূর্বে Customer Service / Sales / Facebook Page Management-এর অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার
-- নতুনরাও আবেদন করতে পারবেন, যদি কাজ শেখার আগ্রহ থাকে

Every day many customer messages and phone calls come in. Therefore, people are needed to give quick replies to customers and handle phone calls.
Salary: 10,000–15,000 Taka/Month
Accommodation and meals provided by the company
Workplace: Burichong, Comilla
