This treadmill of mine has not been used much and is brand new. The treadmill belt moves very smoothly, there are no problems with the bearings, the display works properly showing everything like calories and walking distance, there is a good footrest facility for doing lower belly exercises along with an elastic holder, and at the bottom there is a round disc for waist twisting. It is a very good and affordable product for exercising at home. It can be folded so it takes up very little space.
