Responsibilities
একটি স্বনামধন্য Auto AC Spare Parts ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠানে Store & Accounts Manager পদে একজন দায়িত্বশীল ও অভিজ্ঞ কর্মী নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।
মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ:
* প্রতিদিনের Stock In & Stock Out হিসাব সংরক্ষণ ও আপডেট করা
* সকল পণ্যের স্টক ম্যানেজমেন্ট ও রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ
* ম্যানুয়ালি এবং Software-এর মাধ্যমে Stock & Accounts পরিচালনা করা
* দৈনিক বিক্রয়, ক্রয়, পাওনা ও পরিশোধের হিসাব রাখা
* সফটওয়্যারে নিয়মিত তথ্য Entry ও Update করা
* প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী দৈনিক/সাপ্তাহিক/মাসিক Stock & Accounts Report তৈরি করা
* Stock-এর সাথে Software ও Manual হিসাব মিলিয়ে দেখা
* অফিসের প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট ও রেকর্ড সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা
* প্রতিষ্ঠানের দৈনন্দিন Store ও Accounts কার্যক্রম তদারকি করা
Requirements & Skills
* MS Word, MS Excel এবং MS Office-এ ভালো দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে
* Computer/Laptop ও প্রয়োজনীয় Software ব্যবহারে পারদর্শী হতে হবে
* Stock Management ও Basic Accounts সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে
* Manual হিসাব এবং Computer Software দু’ভাবেই কাজ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে
* দায়িত্বশীল, সৎ, সময়নিষ্ঠ ও মনোযোগী হতে হবে
* Auto Parts / Spare Parts ব্যবসার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে
Minimum Qualification Requirements
শিক্ষাগত ও অন্যান্য যোগ্যতা:
* BBA/ Undergraduate Degree
* সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে কমপক্ষে ১–২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
* MS Excel, MS Word এবং অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় Computer Applications-এ ভালো দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
* Basic Accounting, Inventory এবং Stock Management সম্পর্কে বাস্তব জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
* Business Management / POS / Inventory Software পরিচালনায় দক্ষ হতে হবে।
* Manual ও Software উভয় পদ্ধতিতে Stock এবং Accounts Maintain করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
* সৎ, দায়িত্বশীল, সময়নিষ্ঠ ও হিসাব-নিকাশে অত্যন্ত সতর্ক হতে হবে।

A skilled, honest, and responsible Store & Accounts Manager will be appointed to smoothly manage the daily store, stock, and accounting operations of Nahar Electro Mechanical Enterprise (NEME).
The selected candidate will need to maintain, update, and regularly report on product stock, purchase-sales, and daily accounts both manually and through computer software. At the same time, proper Stock Management and Accounts Maintenance must be ensured.
The candidate must have good skills in operating MS Excel, MS Office, Basic Accounting, and Inventory Management Software.
