Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer chats on Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp — pricing, availability, and order confirmation
Process and follow up on orders; coordinate delivery with courier/delivery staff
Source and track stock/purchases; keep basic sales, purchase, and payment records
Manage social media pages — posts, stories, and customer engagement
Assist with Facebook/Instagram ad boosting and basic performance tracking
Share brief daily reports on orders, sales, delivery, and stock
Requirements & Skills
Requirements
HSC/Bachelor's degree; experience in e-commerce or social media sales preferred
Comfortable with Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp
Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
Honest, responsive, and able to multitask under pressure
Good Bangla & English writing; basic English
