- ন্যূনতম ৩ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
- কাস্টমারের সাথে ভালো ব্যবহার ও যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
- দামাদামি করে কাস্টমারকে বুঝিয়ে পণ্য বিক্রি করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
- বিক্রয় ও শোরুম পরিচালনার কাজে অভিজ্ঞ হতে হবে।
- বহদ্দারহাট ও আশেপাশের এলাকার প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
