This room comforter of Vision brand is of very good quality, it can be used as a room heater during winter, and can also be used as a fan during summer. The heat of this heater can be decreased and increased. If turned on for 1 hour, the room becomes completely warm during winter. It has over heat protection. I have used this for one year.
