Requirements & Skills
কম্পিউটার সায়েন্স, আইটি, সফটওয়্যার ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং বা সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে ডিপ্লোমা/স্নাতক।
আইটি সাপোর্ট, নেটওয়ার্কিং বা সিস্টেম অ্যাডমিনিস্ট্রেশনে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
Windows Operating System ও Microsoft Office সম্পর্কে ভালো জ্ঞান।
CCTV, Router, Switch এবং Network Configuration সম্পর্কে ধারণা।

Minimum Qualification Requirements
কম্পিউটার সায়েন্স, ইনফরমেশন টেকনোলজি (IT) বা সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে ডিপ্লোমা/স্নাতক ডিগ্রি।
কম্পিউটার হার্ডওয়্যার, সফটওয়্যার ও নেটওয়ার্কিং সম্পর্কে মৌলিক জ্ঞান।
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা।
বাংলা ও ইংরেজিতে যোগাযোগের সক্ষমতা।
IT Support বা সংশ্লিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে কমপক্ষে ১ বছর অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার (ফ্রেশাররাও আবেদন করতে পারবেন)।
