Checking the quality of materials and ensuring compliance with standards. 9. Preparing sub-contractor bills (manual & Excel). 10. Structural & finishing works execution with attention to detail. 11. Site materials estimation & requisition planning (manual & Excel). 12. Experienced in tiles and painting work, ensuring precise cutting, smooth finishing, and longlasting quality within the scheduled time.
