প্রয়োজনীয় দহ্মতা কোম্পানিতে শিখানো হবে।সুতরাং দহ্মতা না থাকলেও চলবে।ছেলে/মেয়ে উভয় জব করতে পারবে।প্রথম ঢাকাতে পরে নিজ বিভাগে।
