Responsibilities
১. জমি ক্রয়-বিক্রয়ের নতুন সোর্স ও লিড খুঁজে বের করা।
২. Google Sheets-এ গ্রাহকের তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও তালিকাভুক্ত করা।
৩. সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ ও নিয়মিত ফলো-আপ করা।
৪. গ্রাহকদের জমি ও প্রজেক্ট সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত তথ্য প্রদান করা।
৫. গ্রাহকদের সাইট ভিজিটের ব্যবস্থা করা।
৬. জমি বিক্রয় ও কাস্টমার রিলেশনশিপের কাজে সক্রিয়ভাবে দায়িত্ব পালন করা।
Requirements & Skills
১. ভালো যোগাযোগ ও কাস্টমার ম্যানেজমেন্ট দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
২. জমি ক্রয়-বিক্রয় ও সেলসের কাজে আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে।
৩. Google Sheets ও Microsoft Excel-এর প্রাথমিক জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
৪. গ্রাহকদের সঙ্গে সুন্দরভাবে কথা বলা ও সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
৫. নিয়মিত ফলো-আপ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
৬. দায়িত্বশীল, পরিশ্রমী ও সময়ানুবর্তী হতে হবে।
৭. নতুন গ্রাহক খুঁজে বের করা ও বিক্রয় বাড়ানোর দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
৮. সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
Minimum Qualification Requirements
১. ন্যূনতম এইচএসসি (HSC) পাস হতে হবে।
২. স্নাতক (অধ্যয়নরত বা সম্পন্ন) প্রার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
৩. সেলস ও মার্কেটিং বিষয়ে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা বা অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
