Responsibilities
ইনকামিং ও আউটগোয়িং কলের মাধ্যমে গ্রাহকদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা
• পণ্যের বিস্তারিত তথ্য বুঝিয়ে সেলস কনফার্ম করা
• Website-এর অর্ডার প্রসেস ও কনফার্ম করা
• Messenger ও WhatsApp-এর অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা
• কাস্টমার মেসেজের দ্রুত উত্তর প্রদান করা
• প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী কাস্টমারকে কল করা
• কুরিয়ার সংক্রান্ত প্রয়োজনীয় কাজ সমন্বয় করা
• টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে দায়িত্ব পালন করা
Requirements & Skills
অভিজ্ঞতা: ই-কমার্স বা কাস্টমার কেয়ারে পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার
অন্যান্য দক্ষতা:
• সাবলীলভাবে কথা বলার দক্ষতা
• ভালো টাইপিং স্পিড
• কম্পিউটার ও MS Word/Excel-এর প্রাথমিক জ্ঞান
• দায়িত্বশীলতা ও সময়ানুবর্তিতা
