1. Educational Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (BBA / Management / Law / Social Science / Any Discipline)
Must have basic computer knowledge.
2. Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in office administration or administrative work.
Preference given to those with experience in a Law Chamber / Corporate Office.

Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft PowerPoint
Knowledge of Email and Google Workspace.
4. Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative activities of the office.
Manage files, documents, and records.
Maintain court dates, meetings, and client appointment schedules.
Coordinate and supervise office staff.
Prepare office letters, notices, and emails.
Liaise with courts or various offices as needed.
5. Personal Skills
Good communication skills (Bangla & English)
Honesty and responsibility
Time management skills
Ability to work under pressure.
6. Age
Generally 25 – 35 years.
