Responsibilities
কোম্পানির SME সেগমেন্টে ইন্স্যুরেন্স বান্ডেল পণ্য বিক্রয় করা।
নতুন SME গ্রাহক ও ব্যবসায়িক সম্ভাবনা চিহ্নিত করে বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি করা।
SME গ্রাহকদের সঙ্গে সুসম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলা এবং দীর্ঘমেয়াদি ব্যবসায়িক সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা।
নির্ধারিত মাসিক বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জন নিশ্চিত করা।
কোম্পানির ব্যবসায়িক প্রবৃদ্ধি ও বাজার সম্প্রসারণে কার্যকর ভূমিকা রাখা।
Requirements & Skills
1. যোগাযোগ ও উপস্থাপনা দক্ষতা: SME গ্রাহকদের সঙ্গে কার্যকর যোগাযোগ, সম্পর্ক উন্নয়ন এবং ইন্স্যুরেন্স বান্ডেল পণ্যের সুবিধা সুন্দরভাবে উপস্থাপনের দক্ষতা।
2. সেলস ও নেগোসিয়েশন দক্ষতা: নতুন গ্রাহক তৈরি, পণ্য বিক্রয়, দর-কষাকষি এবং নির্ধারিত বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জনের সক্ষমতা।
3. বিজনেস ডেভেলপমেন্ট ও নেটওয়ার্কিং: নতুন ব্যবসায়িক সুযোগ চিহ্নিত করা, SME মার্কেট সম্পর্কে ধারণা এবং গ্রাহক নেটওয়ার্ক সম্প্রসারণের দক্ষতা।
Minimum Qualification Requirements
উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক পাস হওয়া লাগবে, অনার্স সম্পূর্ণ করা প্রার্থীকে অগ্রধিকার দেওয়া হবে।

Recruitment will be made for the post of Development Officer.
Educational Qualification: Minimum HSC pass.
Workplace: Narayanganj, Keraniganj, Munshiganj, Bogura, Rajshahi, Gazipur and Narsingdi.
Salary and Benefits:
• Monthly Salary: Taka
• Commission: Taka
• Mobile Allowance: 500 Taka
• Festival Bonus: 2 times a year
