Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and online sales.
2. Plan, create, and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok including Reels, posts, and Stories.
3. Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure consistent, timely publishing.
4. Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and enquiries to strengthen community engagement.
5. Execute social media campaigns for product launches, new arrivals, seasonal promotions, and special occasions.
6. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to identify growth opportunities.
7. Track content and campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize strategies based on insights.
8. Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to maintain consistent brand identity and communication.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social media management. Strong knowledge of Facebook and Instagram, content planning, Reels, social media trends, copywriting, audience engagement, and campaign management. Must have good communication skills, creativity, analytical ability, and experience tracking social media performance and preparing reports.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communication, or a related field will be preferred. Candidates with relevant social media management experience, a strong portfolio, and practical knowledge of digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
