Position: Customer Executive (Field & Relationship) Workplace: Office + Field visits to customer homes. Responsibilities: - Maintain regular contact with customers via phone and in-person. - Complete service agreements with new customers. - Visit customer homes to verify service quality. - Follow up with customers and resolve issues. - Maintain customer retention and relationships. - Collect customer feedback and report to the office. - Collect company service charges from customer homes. - Coordinate caregiver/staff-related matters as needed. - Maintain paperwork, agreements, and documentation. - Post on social media daily and assist the office. Requirements: - Minimum HSC/Graduate preferred. - Strong communication skills and polite behavior. - Willingness to work in the field. - Smartphone usage and basic computer knowledge. - Motorbike ownership is a plus (not mandatory). Skills: - Communication Skills - Problem-solving skills - Responsibility and punctuality - Habit of reporting and following up Working Hours: - 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Field visits may be required at any time, day or night). Salary & Benefits: - Monthly Salary: ৳12,000. - Internship (first two months): ৳10,000. - Travel allowance for field visits. - Mobile bill/call expenses provided. - 12% annual increment. - 50% bonus on two Eids. - 12 days annual sick leave. - 4 monthly holidays. - Promotion opportunities based on performance. - Salary increases based on honesty and experience.
