Sales Cold Calling (Night Shift)

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers in the United States. • Introduce Algowork’s services and generate qualified leads. • Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team. • Follow up with prospects and maintain communication records. • Update lead information in CRM and reporting systems. • Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets. • Maintain a professional and courteous approach while representing the company.

• Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable speaking with US-based customers over the phone. • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities. • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or lead generation will be an advantage. • Ability to work independently and achieve targets. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are preferred. • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Hsc, a-level, diploma, or bachelor’s degree from any discipline. • candidates with strong english communication skills are encouraged to apply regardless of academic background. • prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales will be given preference. • must be available to work from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am (bangladesh time). • must be punctual, professional, and goal-oriented.
