Responsibilities
প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান: শিক্ষার্থীদের অত্যন্ত যত্ন ও ধৈর্যের সাথে মোটরবাইক ও স্কুটার চালানো শেখানো।
সময়ানুবর্তিতা: প্রতিদিন সকাল ৬:০০ টার মধ্যে নির্ধারিত ট্রেনিং লোকেশনে উপস্থিত হয়ে ক্লাস শুরু করা।
রোড সেফটি: শিক্ষার্থীদের ট্রাফিক আইন, সাইন-সিগন্যাল ও নিরাপদ ড্রাইভিং সম্পর্কে সচেতন করা।
বাইকের যত্ন: ট্রেনিংয়ের বাইক ও স্কুটার সর্বদা পরিষ্কার এবং ব্যবহার উপযোগী রাখা।
অফিস ডিউটি: যেদিন কোনো ক্লাস থাকবে না, সেদিন সকাল ৯:০০ টার মধ্যে অফিসে উপস্থিত থাকা।
পেশাদার আচরণ: শিক্ষার্থীদের সাথে সর্বদা ভদ্র, মার্জিত ও পেশাদার আচরণ বজায় রাখা।
Requirements & Skills
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: ন্যূনতম এসএসসি (SSC) বা সমমান পাস।
অভিজ্ঞতা: মোটরসাইকেল ও স্কুটার চালনায় ন্যূনতম ৩ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
লাইসেন্স: অবশ্যই নিজস্ব বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে।
ডিজিটাল দক্ষতা: স্মার্টফোন ব্যবহার এবং গুগল ম্যাপ (Google Maps) দেখার সাধারণ ধারণা থাকা আবশ্যক।
মানসিকতা: শিক্ষার্থীদের ধৈর্য সহকারে শেখানোর মানসিকতা এবং সময়ানুবর্তী হতে হবে।
শর্ত: শুক্রবার ও শনিবার ফুল-টাইম ডিউটি এবং ভোর ৬টা থেকে ক্লাস নেওয়ার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
অগ্রাধিকার: নিজস্ব মোটরসাইকেল থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
Minimum Qualification Requirements
* মোটরসাইকেল ও স্কুটার চালনায় দক্ষ হতে হবে।
* বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে।
* শিক্ষার্থীদের ধৈর্যসহকারে প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়ার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।

Urgent recruitment of male motorcycle and scooter instructors nationwide for BDDTI.
Good news: After orientation at the head office, there is an opportunity to work in your own district, division, or local police station.
Main responsibilities and conditions:
Carefully teach students how to ride motorcycles and scooters.
Duty starts at 6:00 AM (8-10 hours of practical classes daily).
Mandatory duty on Friday and Saturday (holiday on other days). If there are no classes, office at 9:00 AM.
Salary and benefits:
Full-Time: 14,000 Taka + mobile bill + travel allowance + tips and incentives (total income of 18,000-20,000 Taka is possible).
Part-Time: Salary and working hours negotiable.
Preference given to those with their own bike. The company will provide bike facilities to permanent employees.
