Responsibilities
বাগানের গাছ, ফুল ও লন পরিচর্যা করা।
নিয়মিত পানি দেওয়া এবং সার প্রয়োগ করা।
আগাছা পরিষ্কার ও গাছের ছাঁটাই (Pruning) করা।
নতুন গাছ, ফুল ও চারা রোপণ করা।
বাগান সবসময় পরিষ্কার ও সুন্দর রাখা।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ঘাস কাটা (Lawn Mowing)।
গাছের রোগ বা পোকামাকড় শনাক্ত করে কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানানো।
গার্ডেনিংয়ের যন্ত্রপাতি সঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার ও সংরক্ষণ করা।
সুপারভাইজারের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য বাগান-সংক্রান্ত কাজ সম্পন্ন করা।
Requirements & Skills
গার্ডেনিং বা কৃষি কাজে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
শারীরিকভাবে সুস্থ ও পরিশ্রমী হতে হবে।
