A dynamic, newly established FMCG Beverage Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to drive operational growth. Location: Dhaka (with field visits as required Reports to: CEO Role Purpose Responsible for managing entire field operations, workforce management, and daily revenue reconciliation. Key Responsibilities Recruit & Train: Source, onboard, and train Sales Officers (SOs) on product handling, route discipline, and sales execution. Supervise Field Operations: Monitor SOs to ensure compliance with assigned territories and achievement of daily sales targets. Financial Control: Manage daily sales proceeds collection through banking/MFS channels and maintain strict inventory tracking. Administration & Coordination: Oversee office administration Business Administration, Strong leadership and field route-management skills.
