Sales Officer

Communicate with customers and provide information about products and services. Find new customers and increase sales. Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services. Visit markets regularly and monitor market conditions. Prepare and submit daily sales and customer reports. গ্রাহকদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে পণ্য ও সেবার তথ্য প্রদান করা। নতুন গ্রাহক খুঁজে বের করা এবং বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি করা। গ্রাহকদের চাহিদা বুঝে উপযুক্ত পণ্য বা সেবা প্রদান করা। নিয়মিত মার্কেট ভিজিট করে বাজার পরিস্থিতি পর্যবেক্ষণ করা। দৈনিক বিক্রয় ও গ্রাহক সংক্রান্ত রিপোর্ট তৈরি ও জমা দেওয়া।

Required Skills Proven sales experience and strong sales skills. Field job experience with the ability to work independently. Good communication and customer handling skills. Ability to achieve sales targets and handle pressure. Good knowledge of market visits, product promotion, and customer relationship management. প্রয়োজনীয় দক্ষতা বিক্রয় কাজে পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা ও ভালো Sales Skill থাকতে হবে। Field Job করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। গ্রাহকের সাথে ভালো যোগাযোগ ও Customer Handling-এর দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। Sales Target পূরণ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে। Market Visit, Product Promotion ও Customer Relationship Management সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে।

Educational Qualification Honours completed or currently studying (running). Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
