Sales Representative – Dental Products. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dentists, clinic owners, and staff. Conduct product demonstrations and provide product knowledge to end users. Collect market feedback, monitor competitor activities, and report to the sales manager. Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh. Employment Type: Full-Time. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Representative to promote and sell dental consumables, instruments, materials, and small equipment across Dhaka. The ideal candidate will visit dental clinics, build strong relationships with dentists, and achieve monthly sales targets consistently. Key Responsibilities: Visit dental clinics, hospitals, and dental chambers regularly in Dhaka to promote dental products. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for dental consumables, instruments, timely order collection, delivery follow-up, and payment recovery. Expand the customer base by identifying new potential clinics and dental practitioners. Prepare daily sales reports and visit reports as required by management. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Dental Technology preferred). Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in dental products, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals in Dhaka. Candidates with existing connections to dentists and clinics will be given priority. Good knowledge of dental materials, instruments, infection control products, and consumables. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel extensively within Dhaka city. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting. Fluency in English. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure. Salary & Benefits: Competitive basic salary BDT 30,000 – 45,000/month. Attractive sales commission and performance bonus (1% – 3% of monthly sales). Mobile allowance. Transport/fuel allowance.
