My name is Md. Forkan, son of late Abdul Latif. I am selling a portion of land inherited from my family. I want to sell three decimals of land. Address: Located on the right side of the brick road, north of Senhati Kathani Para Madrasa. It takes about three minutes to walk to our house from the main pitch road of Senhati Kathani Para. There is a bamboo grove in front of the house. Land Description: I am selling three decimals of land from the front side of the house. On the east side of the land, there is an old grave of my late brother, but there are no memorial signs. My late brother was about four to five years old. He passed away forty-fifty years ago. On the east side of the land, there is a mud drain for rainwater drainage; a portion of the land is within the drain, and some is within the house pond. I have filled the current pond with sand. There is a good government brick drain facility in front of the house. And there is a good government brick road facility for public access. Approximate size of the land: The length of the land is about 8 to 9 hands per decimal. The width of the land varies, with some parts being about 14 hands and some 17 hands. I hope my land will be very good for a small family to live in. I want to sell each decimal of land for three lakh taka. If anyone wants to negotiate, you can suggest a price, but please offer a price consistent with the current market value.
