Due to two buttons not working on the internal keyboard, the internal keyboard line has been disconnected, so an extra keyboard will be provided. A new battery was installed, but it has drained due to not being used for some time. You will need to use it via direct plug-in or buy a new battery. There are two light scratches on the laptop screen, but they are not visible when the laptop is on. The audio speaker has an issue and there is no sound, which needs to be fixed. The motherboard fan does not work properly and needs to be changed.
