Job Description:
We are looking for a highly qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our business. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of financial management, stock and inventory handling, and MS Office (especially Excel). Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records with accuracy
Manage customer payments, vendor bills, and receipts
Prepare and update sales and purchase invoices
Handle stock/inventory management and generate stock reports
Maintain cash book, bank book, and reconcile statements
Use MS Excel, Word, and accounting software effectively
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth accounting flow
Handle petty cash and business expenses responsibly
Update outstanding customer dues and follow up regularly
Support in tax and VAT documentation (if required)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Experience in using accounting software is a plus (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)
Strong knowledge of stock and inventory systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and reporting skills
Honest, reliable, and capable of handling financial data with confidentiality
