1.5 Ton Inverter AC

1.5 ton Transtec Platinum Inverter AC TSA-18GPI. Bought in 2019 from Transcom Showroom. Outter span of AC doesn't swing up & down, remains still & open like shown in the picture. that doesn't affect cooling system. Inner swing is perfect and works smoothly.No repair has been needed till now.
