Additional Requirements
• Age 25 to 30 years.
• Experience with general ledger function and the month-end/year-end close process.
• Proficient in MS Excel and good working knowledge of computer applications.
• Sound understanding of internal control systems and audit requirements.
• Sound understanding of VAT and AIT.
• Knowledge of accounting software.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Prior experience in a developer’s company is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
• Verify and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Verify purchase requisitions and liaise with department heads to cross-check the authenticity of requisitions.
• Ensure timely fund disbursement by issuing bank cheques.
• Proper fund management and issuance of bank cheques accordingly.
• Develop management reporting, analytical tools, and key indicators for the accounts and finance section.
• Coordinate internal audits and assist the manager in running audits.
• Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.
• Support the month-end and year-end close process.
• Liaise with the accounts manager to improve financial procedures.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements based on organizational needs.
• Maintain liaison with clients, the Tax Department, the Company Finance Advisor & Auditor, and handle company tax issues.
• Perform any other duty as directed by the management.
HR Admin Responsibilities
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Handle employee queries related to HR and administration.
