CPL Express is a fast-growing international sourcing and shipping service provider, managing high-volume daily financial transactions, including supplier payments, logistics costs, banking operations, and international settlements. We are looking for a professional, energetic, and responsible female accounting professional to strengthen our Accounts & Finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate daily accounts (Income, Expense, Cash & Bank)
Handle supplier payments, carrier charges, and local & international courier bills
Maintain and monitor L/C, T.T, banking transactions, and reconciliations
Manage China HUB office expenses, salaries, and operational costs
Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
Maintain proper vouchers, invoices, bills, and supporting documents
Ensure financial transparency, accountability, and internal control
Assist in audit preparation and regulatory compliance
Coordinate with management on financial planning and reporting
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration
CA / ACCA (Partially Qualified) candidates will have an advantage
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on accounting experience
Experience in logistics, shipping, import-export, or trading companies will be preferred
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Clear understanding of banking procedures (L/C, T.T, reconciliation)
Highly organized, honest, and detail-oriented
Ability to work under pressure in a high-transaction environment
Strong communication and reporting skills
Energetic, professional, and accountability-driven mindset
