Job Description :
Handle legal & settlement issues relevant to HR, Admin & Compliance Department
Responsible to make and implement compliance policies as per local law
Follow-up & ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
Educate and train project employees on compliance standards and requirements
Ensure maintenance of all relevant documents and update them continuously
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
Responsible to make and implement compliance policies as per local law & different brand code of conduct.
Environment department government office, and police station & labor department.
To lead a team and make them same skilled, to identify and solve any sort of problem.
Experience Requirements :
At least 7 year(s)

Age 25 to 40 year(s)
Strong communication and persuasive skill.
