I got this earbud in early September, and now the buds only charges when the case is plugged in to a charger, and doesn't turn off when you put it inside the case, as the case no longer charges the buds.

It has official warranty for 18 months, so 16 months left. You can get a new buds if go and claim the warranty from bashundhara city mall, I'll give you the product and the receipt so you can get your ones new.
