Antique guitar for sale

It’s a 30+ year old guitar. My uncle used to own this one and paid about a 1200 dollars. He used to be a chemistry teacher thats why it has these things written on the guitar.I believe the kurt cobain sign is genuine because he went to a NIRVANA concert that time with his guitar.

I genuinely need the money for some personal reasons.
