Business Development Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by sourcing vendors, handling B2B product sales, and establishing strong relationships with both vendors and clients. You will also work closely with the team to ensure that sales targets are met and will be instrumental in analyzing and optimizing strategies to boost company performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Source vendors for both B2C and B2B products.
Negotiate and sign contracts with vendors/clients to establish long-term partnerships.
Oversee B2B product sales, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting sales goals.
Regularly meet with B2B clients to build strong relationships and ensure their needs are met.
Maintain comprehensive vendor and client data for reporting and analysis purposes.
Report to the supervisor regularly, providing updates on progress and sales performance.
Analyze sales strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Must be willing to work 9 hours a day, 6 days a week
