About the role

Job Description / Responsibility

• Developing innovative offers (e.g., seasonal events, seasonal demands, trade shows, b2b partner events) for Hotel 71's various products. Develop highly stimulating offers to target B2B and B2C customers both online & offline. Develop measurement tools to deploy with internal sales teams to track business offers and analyze impact on sales. Identifying best practices for business offers; keep abreast of market trends by analyzing online and offline intelligence.

• Develop internal metrics to further enhance company's internal audit mechanism. Find ways to optimize cost drivers. Rigorously scrutinize suppliers to increase credibility and transparency. You are also required to attend to service related developments internally within the property wherever you see any opportunity to better ourselves for our guests.

• You will assist sales teams to define and execute industry based B2B client targeting that drive best practice business offers specific to the particular industry. Working on special projects related to strategy development for commercial channels.

Educational Requirements

Post Graduate in any discipline

In the ideal candidate, we want to see you take charge for developing innovative ways to bring new clients to our property, rapidly achieving new KPI benchmarks.

• You will gather and analyze trends, identify best practices, develop recommendations for both internal sales teams and external B2B partners, and execute seasonal programs related to business offers. The role is highly collaborative and you will be required to work with internal sales team.
