We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to fill the role of Courier Data Entry & Sales Associate at our bustling office located in Eastern Housing, Pallabi, Mirpur 12, Dhaka 1216. This role is ideal for someone who is highly efficient in computer operations, including typing and data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter courier and shipment data accurately into our system.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed information about our services.
Assist in processing sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage and organize records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Communicate with customers over the phone to share details about our products and services, ensuring clarity and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
- Excellent proficiency in computer operations, typing, and data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Commitment to working 6 days a week from 9 AM to 9 PM.
