Required Education:

Minimum HSC or A-Level

Required Work Experience:

Minimum six months

Applicants with 1+ year experience will be given preference.

Applicants with experience in Counseling, Education Consultancy, Tour Agency, Customer care or Call Center positions will get priority.

About the Role:

This is a job for entry-level applicants. We are seeking a dynamic Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping students visitors or Agents , and capable of providing professional advice in education, consultancy, and related fields.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide advising and counseling services to students or visitors.

Maintain and follow up on client documentation records.

Report daily to officers and senior management.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills:

Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility.

Punctuality is a must. Candidates who cannot maintain time effectively need not apply.

Salary & Facilities:

Basic Salary: BDT 8000-12000

Performance Bonus/Commission: 5% per successful file.
