Danpite Tech is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Customer Relationship Manager to oversee and enhance client relations. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between the company and its customers, ensuring seamless communication, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
2.If you have experience in making videos, you will definitely get more priority.
3.Utilize IT expertise to understand and address customer technical requirements and challenges.
4.Address client queries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
5.Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services aligned with client expectations.
6.Analyze customer feedback and data to propose improvements in products and services.
7.Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer interactions and satisfaction metrics.
8.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
9.Manage CRM tools and ensure accurate and updated customer information.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer relationship management or similar roles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and tools.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
