Drive all activities related to Customer Care Service
Receiving calls and taking orders.
Handle special requests and complaints of customers.
Ensure follow up through emails, phone or any required means.

Call Center, Customer Care
Age at least 25 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Having experience on CALL CENTER will be an added advantage.
The candidates must be FLEXIBLE with time as the job is roster basis and often requires to work on evening shift.
Ability to maintain attention and complete assignments in time despite frequent stressful, emergency critical or unusual interruption.
Design effective training programs.
Communication Skills Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Must be familiar with MS EXCEL & basic knowledge on Power Point Presentation
S/he must be team oriented
S/he must possess ownership and dedication towards the responsibilities.
