- Manage daily performance to ensure that all the customers get service over phone.
- Meets/Exceeds service quality by providing best service.
- Maintain "Average Handling Time (AHT)".
- Manager day to day activity.
- Follow up clients & merchants regularly & build good relation over phone.
- University ongoing student
# Experience Requirement
- Al-least 6 month (Fresher can also apply).
- Applicant with BPO, Call Center will get preference.
- Ability to explain.
- Should have excellent verbal & written communication skill.
- Should know basic Excel knowledge.
- 4 PM - 10 PM (Weekly 1 Holiday)
- Salary (6,000 - 8,000) BDT
- Exam Leave applicable.
