Job Nature:
• Call Center – Part Time & Full Time
Job Description/ Responsibility:
• Listen & understand customer's query clearly.
• Provide solution to the customers as per company policy.
• File and maintain records of every dealing issue.
• Good Speaking Skill BANGLA & ENGLISH.
• Must be excellent in computer knowledge (MS word, MS excel & Internet)
• Handling outbound calls
• Salary + Bonus: 10,000 + 2,000
• Fresher are also encouraged with good BANGLA / English listening and speaking skills.
