Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Online Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting our products, and closing sales via online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective customers through online platforms.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer expert guidance.
Drive sales through targeted marketing campaigns and social media interactions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in online sales or customer service (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with automotive products or services is a plus.
Proficiency in using social media and online sales tools.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
