**Key Responsibilities:**
- Accurately entering customer orders into our system via Pathao.
- Ensuring all orders are processed efficiently to meet customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer calls to confirm orders and resolve any queries with professionalism.
- Maintaining and updating customer and order data with utmost accuracy.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Bengali and conversational English.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Experience with data entry tasks and familiarity with e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
**Work Hours:**
- 9 AM to 9 PM, 6 days a week (Weekly day off: [Specify Day])
**Salary:**
- BDT 12,000 to 15,000 monthly, based on experience and skills.
