Job Purpose:
Ensure & provide support in administrative activities
Responsibilities & Duties:
● Responsible for all admin-related office space management.
● Facilitate for procurement and ensuring proper logistic support including the budgeting and purchase of office supplies and refreshments for the Company.
● Office supplies stock maintenance.
● Perform administrative duties such as managing security vendors, cleaning vendors, AC works, etc.
● Monitoring office utilities, e.g. electricity, lightings, heating and parking etc.
● Facilitate office gatherings/meetings.
● Checking existing assets and maintenance, and being responsible for assembling new assets and office setups.
● Support in Office set up activities.
● Ensure the safety and security of the office and maintain a relationship with the building authority for a prompt solution of any problem related to day-to-day office work.
● Responsible for travel management as per the company policy and requirement
● Responsible for any other work assigned by the company.
Educational Requirement:
Graduation/ BBA from any reputed university
Experience Required:
2 - 3 years of experience in a relevant field
Required skills:
● Strong written and verbal communications skills in English
● Management Skill
● Strong time management and organizational skills
