Job Purpose:
Responsible for building a solid relationship with Bikroy.com vehicles member, quality after sales service & assure on time monthly sales closing etc.

Key responsibilities & duties:
●Act as the key point of contact between Bikroy.com after sales service and its clients.
●Perform according to monthly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
●Address & attend customer to solve their problems/ after sales support issues by following the SOP.
●Responsible for all after sales related services, queries, support, upsells by calling & answering all client queries. Demonstrate and present products.
●Responsible for smoother payment collection by taking help from collectors & ensure customers are happy with bkroy.com services
●Establish strong and long term relationships with business owners dealing with Vehicles category by reducing churns.
●Help Clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
●Assist and train business owners to upload advertisements on Bikroy.com.

Job Nature: Full time

Educational Requirement:
●Minimum graduate from a public or private university

Gender: Female

Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in call center or similar industry business is preferred.

Desired requirement:
●Strong communication skills.
●Team player and has the ability to work independently as well.
●Must be experienced in using microsoft word, excel, google sheets, google docs and other applications.
●Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
