Post: Executive Assistant to the Chairman
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Chairman. The ideal candidate will act as a crucial liaison between the Chairman and the various companies within the group.
The Executive Assistant to the Chairman has a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for ensuring smooth communication and coordination between the Chairman and various companies within the group. This position involves managing and overseeing key projects, collecting and analyzing reports, and ensuring that the Chairman’s directives are implemented effectively across all subsidiaries. The Executive Assistant acts as a trusted liaison, handling confidential information, managing the Chairman's schedule, and supporting decision-making processes by providing necessary information and analysis. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
#Requirements
-Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
-Additional certifications in management, communication, or project management will be an advantage.

-Age at least 22 years
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and internet research.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

-Willingness to do full-time office duty

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bengali.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research.
-Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
#Experience:
-Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in a large organization or group of companies, will be highly valued.
-Experience in managing executive schedules, project coordination, and report management.
#Salary and Benefits:
-Monthly salary of BDT 25,000 during the probation period.
-Upon successful completion of the probation period, the salary will be increased to BDT 35,000 - 45,000 based on performance.
-Other benefits as per company policy.
