Job Purpose:
Establish processes and standards related to QA, following QA metrics, as well as ensuring that overall operation adheres to existing guidelines and policies. At the same time, identify potential improvement areas and arrange training programs to improve productivity and skills at individual and group levels, on a predetermined frequency
Responsibilities & Duties:
● Responsible for website quality and better user experience.
● Responsible for verification call & visit.
● Audit inbound and outbound calls, as well as make training modules and audit forms to improve the efficiency of calling teams.
● Analyze complaints, queries, and customer service trends along with reports to find out the root cause of unnoticed service gaps.
● Work with different teams, ensuring collaboration and solving potential problems
● Responsible for onboarded member verification, as well as identifying fraudsters and taking actions to bar abusive users from using the website.
● Perform according to quarterly defined Deliverables and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● Conduct daily/weekly/monthly reporting, maintaining the command hierarchy
● Free from bias and prejudice in daily activities and report unethical, unprofessional, and/or, non-compliance issues immediately
● Work on different projects assigned by Bikroy.com management
Educational Requirement:
Graduation from a reputed university
Experience Requirement:
3-4 years of relevant experience
Required skills:
• Savvy communicator with sound analytical skills
• Should have proficient knowledge of reporting and making presentations using Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, Microsoft Office programs, etc.
