Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills in English, and a proven ability to grow social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and executing strategic social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
2. Implement social media strategies to increase follower growth, engagement, and conversion rates.
3. Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement and growth.
4. Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
5. Analyze performance metrics using social media analytics tools and provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
6. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
9. Assist in conducting competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the social media landscape.
10. Support the development of creative assets for social media content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia materials.
Requirements:
Must be based in Bangladesh with previous experience.
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in social media marketing or related fields preferred.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
7. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
9. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certification or coursework in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields.
2. Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
3. Knowledge of basic graphic design principles and experience with design software.
4. Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
5. Previous experience in industries such as e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, or entertainment.
Experience Required: 2-3 years
Location: Gulshan, Dhaka
Salary Range: 30,000-35,000 BDT after the trial period salary will be up to 50,000 BDT
