Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to provide detailed information on travel options, bookings, and itineraries.
Assist customers with online and in-person travel reservations, including flights, hotels, and tour packages.
Collaborate with the team to promote travel deals and packages on social media and online platforms.
Resolve travel-related inquiries with a professional and friendly approach.
Requirements:
Female candidates only, aged 22 to 35 years.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; background in tourism or hospitality is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Proficient in MS Office, internet applications, and social media.
Experience in the travel industry is preferred but not essential.
