Front Desk Executive (Female)
Marketers 360 Degrees is an advertising agency. We have two other subsidiaries namely 360 Degree Studio and 360 Degree Cinema. Only female candidates who like or love media, film, fashion, television or advertising industry and are interested in working in this sector are requested to apply.
Eligibility:
• Must have knowledge about domestic and foreign movies, media industry.
• Educational Qualification – HSC / Honors or equivalent
• Age: minimum 18 years and maximum 26 years (However, age is relaxable in case of experienced).
• Experience will be preferred but fresher’s can also apply.
• Should be able to speak and write Bengali and English.
• Must have knowledge of internet, mail, browser and digital media.
• Must be beautiful, smart and clean.
• Must be honest, polite manners, dutiful.
• Be aware of time and commitment.
• The organization must be trustworthy. In good times and bad, the company has to be there.
• No grouping, any kind of dishonest ways/methods can be adopted in the office.
• There should not be any kind of false, deceitful practice.
• Ability to speak well, ability to manage any situation.
• Must have the mindset to follow all the rules and regulations of the office. Do not talk loudly to anyone and be patient.
• The office hours are from 10 am to 6 pm, but you must have the mentality to stay in the office as long as the senior officer is in the office. In that case, you will not get any special benefits.
Type of work and responsibilities:
• The officer in charge of admin must cooperate.
• Maintain proper communication with every department.
• Ensure the front office area is properly maintained, organized and prepared in perfect manner.
• Welcome all clients, visitors, and guests into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to front desk operation.
• To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents, and dispatch them to concerned authority by keeping records.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls with greetings in a professional way and transfer the calls to the right places and telemarketing should be done.
• Receive and manage various types of bills, proposals, convention bills, requisitions.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
• Assist with filing, photocopying, taking notes, setting meetings, etc.
• Requisition and management of stationery product requisition, guest and office staff refreshments.
• The CEO has to maintain the schedule during office hours. CEO scheduling is a very important issue. No one is allowed to see or talk to the CEO outside of the schedule.
• You need to manage the office assistant properly.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
• Salary: Between Tk 12000 to Tk 18000 (to be decided by mutual discussion)
• The first 3 months of appointment will be considered as apprenticeship period. No special benefits including leave will be given.
• Weekend 1 day. Govt holidays can be availed as per management decision.
• 2 festival bonus will be paid in a year at the rate of 50%. However, if the service age is completed for 1 year, this benefit will be available.
• After completing one year of service, salary will be increased as per management's wish or decision considering your performance.
• If the company gets any work through your telemarketing, the company will pay you a proportional commission of 5% of the profit on that project.
