• Office coordination
• Maintaining Manual Attendance Register
• Update Phone List of all Employees
• Any other task if any assigned by supervisor Management
• To attend corporate affairs, Department daily work monitoring.
• daily appointment fix up
• receiving & delivering letters, drafting, replying the customer/guests & Other queries,
• communicate with others dept, mail checking & replying
• attend meeting, public relation works, fair, tour, meeting with client
• site visit with client
• meeting/ in house fair attend at site office

Experience Requirements

Additional Requirements
• Age 22 to 35 years

• Smart Fresh Graduates or BA,B.COM,BSS,BBA with (2-3) YEARS RELATED EXPERIENCE CANDIDATE REQUESTED TO APPLY.

• have to use sharee, jeens, fotuya as organizational requirement for female.
• having job experience of event will get preference
• Candidates with 3rd class/division or CGPA below 3.0 in any public examination need not apply.
