Work content:
1. Provide product technical support to customers
2. Provide product training to staff or customers
3. Customer visit product presentation
4. Company product training video production
5. Product technical information production

1. গ্রাহকদের পণ্য সম্পর্কে প্রযুক্তিগত সহায়তা প্রদান
2. কর্মীদের বা গ্রাহকদের পণ্য সম্পর্কে প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান
3. গ্রাহক কোম্পানি পরিদর্শনে আসলে তাকে পন্য উপস্থাপন করে দেখানো
4. কোম্পানির জন্য পণ্য প্রশিক্ষণ ভিডিও তৈরি করা
5. পণ্যের প্রযুক্তিগত তথ্য উৎপাদন
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in local office location search and establishment
2. Office and staff management
3. Provide product technical support to customers

Requirement:
1. Fluent in the English language
2. Familiar with Computer hardware & Networking
3. Skills in IT and computer engineering
4. Technical/Customer support background
5. Good presentation and communication skills
6. Team worker
7. Good learner
8. Calm and patient
9. Passionate
Computer Skills:
Windows 7/8/10/11
Windows Server 2008 to 2012 and later

Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word,
