Responsibilities & Duties:
● Develop and execute strategies in order to attain the goals of the department wise sales and growth target.
● Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
● Setting individual and area wise sales target
● Proper tracking and monitoring of the team performance
● Provide strategic inputs to management for setting the group target and the future of the business.
● Oversee the profit & loss of both departmental performance and responsible to introduce new ideas to boost the sales.
● Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost effective operations and market development activities.
● Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities.
● Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
● Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure growth.
● Finding new avenue of monetizing the business
● Ensuring year on year growth of the business through effective planning and budgeting.
Educational Requirement:
Business Graduate from reputed University
Experience Requirement:
● Experienced and target driven sales person who worked with big sales force or directly managed big Field sales for minimum 8 to 10 years
● Worked for 4 to 6 years in managerial position(s) in a /multiple reputed corporates
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
● FMCG, E-commerce, Sales Driven Multinational Companies, Mobile Device, MFS, Logistics etc.
Required skills:
● Full fluency in written and spoken both in Bangla and in English is required.
● Previous experience working in a Sales focused role and has the ability to lead a big sales force.
● Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth.
